No. At this time, all visits are virtual appointments provided via telehealth.
Functional psychiatry is a holistic approach to mental and behavioral healthcare. It emphasizes understanding and addressing the underlying contributors to mental health conditions, rather than focusing solely on symptom management. Functional psychiatry considers the full picture of your health (mind, body, and environment). It may incorporate lab testing, including bloodwork, to assess for nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, inflammation, and other biological factors that can influence mood, sleep, energy, and cognition.
I aim to partner with you to develop a treatment plan that is personalized, comprehensive, and sustainable. A treatment plan may include prescribing you medication when appropriate, along with complementary interventions such as psychotherapy, nutritional guidance, supplement education, sleep optimization, and mind-body techniques. My goal is to help you feel better in a way that is lasting and aligned with what truly matters to you.
No. At this time, my practice is focused on supporting individuals with mental or behavioral health concerns. In our work together, however, we may be able to improve your physical functioning or prevent a worsening in your physical health.
